Individual Therapy (Virtual)

During our time together, we will focus on welcoming emotions with curiosity and compassion, diving into all the complex parts that make up who you are. 

I believe that each of my clients holds the wisdom needed to heal, grow, and transform. My role will be to guide you with warmth and respect. Together, we will journey through the process of better understanding yourself.

We will dive deep into self exploration through parts work, internal family systems, gestalt, body awareness and mindfulness.

As a trauma informed therapist, I allow clients to set the pace with which we work.

Each session will be centered around the client’s specific needs.

I specialize in working with people who are in the early stages of their journey to parenthood, moving through the depths of postpartum, or navigating toddlerhood and beyond. I also support people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss and life transitions.

Play Therapy (In person)

Play is how children make sense of their world. Play therapy creates space for children to work through emotional challenges and better understand themselves. 

My play therapy approach centers around regulation, mindfulness, and synergetic play therapy. Our time together is rooted in brain development and the nervous system.

Weekly parents with infants support group

Support groups can foster a sense of community and connection, helping new parents feel less isolated in their journey and empowering them to navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood.
